PictoCripto Code of Conduct

Welcome to PictoCripto! We are a public community dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. Regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, appearance, or any other personal characteristic, all individuals are encouraged to participate and contribute.

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all members, we have established the following Code of Conduct. By participating in our community, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

Scope of the Code of Conduct

These rules apply to all interactions within PictoCripto, including but not limited to:

• Minting new NFTs
• Buying NFTs
• Selling NFTs
• Auction NFTs
• Bid on NFT Auctions
• Create NFTs with secret loots and reward NFTs
• Commenting on NFTs
• Creating content or communicating directly through PictoCripto platforms

Unacceptable Behavior

The following types of content and behavior are strictly prohibited:

• Child Exploitation: Any form of child pornography or sexual exploitation of minors.
• Privacy Violations: Sharing someone else's private information without their explicit consent.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Posting copyrighted material without proper authorization.
• Harassment and Hate: Including, but not limited to:
  • Bigoted remarks
  • Sexist or misogynistic language
  • Racist comments
  • Attacks, intimidation, or harassment of individuals or groups
  • Stalking or persistent unwanted attention
• Spam and Unsolicited Content: Repetitive, irrelevant, or inappropriate messages intended to disrupt the community.
• Illegal Activities: Any content that promotes or facilitates illegal actions.

Please note that this list is not exhaustive. The intent is to provide a clear understanding of the behaviors that undermine the community's integrity and safety.

Exceptions

• Language Use: While we do not condone offensive language, swearing is not explicitly prohibited. However, content featuring excessive profanity may not be promoted or featured by PictoCripto.

Additional Guidelines

• Attribution: Do not take credit for others' work. Always acknowledge the original creators.
• Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws and respect PictoCripto's Terms of Service.

Decision-Making Authority

The PictoCripto team is responsible for interpreting and enforcing this Code of Conduct. We recognize that some situations may involve subjective judgments. Our primary goal is to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, prioritizing the comfort and safety of our community members. We may err on the side of caution when addressing reported issues.

Remember: While you have the freedom to express yourself, others have the right to feel safe and respected.

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

• Content Removal: Harmful or violating content will be promptly deleted.
• Behavioral Warnings: Users notified of unacceptable behavior are expected to cease such actions immediately.
• Account Actions:
  • Minor Infractions: Temporary warnings or restrictions may be applied.
  • Severe or Repeated Violations: Accounts may be permanently deleted and banned from the community.

We understand that mistakes happen and are committed to fostering a learning environment. However, persistent or egregious violations will result in stricter consequences to protect the community.

Reporting Unacceptable Behavior

If you encounter or experience unacceptable behavior, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Support Request: Contact our support team with detailed information about the incident.
2. Provide Evidence: Include screenshots or other relevant documentation to assist in our investigation.
3. Confidentiality: All reports will be handled with discretion to protect the privacy of all parties involved.

Our support team will address reports promptly and take appropriate action based on the severity and nature of the violation.
